Prefabricated boiler plants

We have ready-made solutions with portable boiler plants for biofuel up to 4MW per module. The boiler center is delivered completely installed and contains everything required for a complete heating system.

Control system

We work with modern PLC-based control and monitoring systems, specially adapted for operating personnel and control via the Internet.

We build, renovate and streamline controls and firing systems for bioheating plants. The control system can include all the functions of the boiler plant, such as superordinate systems, accumulator tanks, control of culvert systems, etc. Our commitment includes electrical design, programming, documentation and manufacturing.

The operator panels display operating data and trend history. The control system can be operated remotely via the internet. Using a phone, computer or tablet, operators can easily monitor and control the heating system.

Bio boilers

The solution is based on an integrated water-cooled biofuel boiler with air/water cooled movable grates. The firebox walls are refractory lined. Firing takes place on a hydraulically movable grate with about 25% Cr content, which ensures high fuel flexibility and efficient combustion. Ash and slag are automatically discharged. The incinerator is equipped with primary, secondary and tertiary air supply for efficient combustion. Pannas tubes are swept with automatic sweeping equipment.

Air-cooled preheaters

Air-cooled furnaces with movable grids for moist fuels. The brick lined inner walls of the furnace allow the combustion of moist fuels. The outer sides above the grate are lined with low ceramic edges. The gases are led over an ignition vault into a ceramic gas throat where the final combustion takes place. A large grate surface combined with a large afterburner chamber provides good environmental values. The furnace can be connected to different types of boilers. The furnace can handle large fuel variations and can be equipped with a gamma monitor and flue gas recirculation to optimize combustion control.
